Win every puck battle. Dominate the tough areas. This intensive program builds the grit and skill needed to outwork opponents in the corners, along the boards, and in front of the net.

Master the physical game: body positioning, angling, gap control, stick work in traffic, and how to finish checks legally and effectively. Learn to protect the puck under pressure using your body, edges, and deceptive moves that keep defenders off-balance. Develop the mental toughness to thrive in high-pressure situations where games are won and lost.

The Competitive Edge: Discover how elite players combine physicality with skill—using proper positioning and leverage to win battles without relying solely on size or strength. We'll teach you to read pressure, make quick decisions with the puck on your stick, and emerge from scrums with possession. All participants must register & pay online before attending to be covered by our liability insurance.
