Hockey Tough - Rep Level Players Only!
Hockey Tough is available for Bantam/Midget Rep level players this extensive program includes 2 -1.5 on ice sessions each week and 2 off ice sessions each week. On Ice is a combination of technical, tactical, Flow and conditioning. Off Ice is sport specific training for hockey and 1.5 hours of boxing. Hockey Tough also offers players sport psychology sessions each week. Hockey Tough also offers player profiling preparing information for players to distibute their information to the various levels beyond Minor Hockey.
Tuesdays On Ice & Off Ice 6:30-7:30 off ice and 7:45-9:15 on ice
Thursdays Boxing, Sport Psychology and On ice actual times are 5:30-6:30pm Boxing, (break 6:30-7:30 for a bite to eat) 7:30-8:30pm Sport Psychology 8:45-10:00pm on ice
This program has been designed for the best we will make you better. Only serious hockey players should attend this program. 3-$300-Postdated checks accepted.
