Hockey Tough - Rep Level Players Only!

 

Hockey Tough is available for Atom/Peewee Rep level players this extensive program includes 1.0 hour on ice sessions each week (3:45-4:45pm) and 1.0 hour off ice (5:00-6:00pm) sessions each week. On Ice is a combination of technical, tactical, Flow and conditioning. Off Ice is sport specific training for hockey.  

This program has been designed for the best we will make you better. Only serious hockey players should attend this program. This program is co-ed
