Clients are often surprised to learn that Not receiving RPM/Academy Communication?RPM has at any given time hundreds of children participating in our programs. We average 300-800 players in our programs each week. Communication is an important aspect of our service and we work hard to keep clients informed and up to date.
RPM utilizes our email system to communicate with clients it is important that you provide us with an email that you use/check regularily (daily, evenings and weekends.) This is important when you create an account with us as your email will become the primary method for us to contact you.
Unsubscribing from our email system - In this day and age email is the most effective and preferred method to keep our clients apprised of services and our day to day operation. Those clients who register for our programs become part of our communication system via email.
Please note that should you choose to unsubscribe to our emails you will not receive any correspondence from RPM.
If you think you are not receiving our emails or suspect that you have missed communication, it may be due to being unsubscribed. If you go to MYRPM and click on 'settings' and scroll to the bottom, you will see a box, 'Tell me about occasional promotions for RPM Programs, Leagues and Academies'You need to check that box and update your account you are then subscribed and will receive our communication. If the Box is left unchecked you are unsubscribed and will not receive any RPM communication.
If you suspect or think you are missing communication from RPM please check your spam and junk folders as our information will sometimes be re-directed to these folders depending on your computer security settings.
