Coach Development
Coach Mentoring
Is a support system for association coaches in an effort to connect with and help coaches to further develop their ability to provide effective on ice skill development (practices). The coach mentoring allows the coach to deliver his/her practice and RPM is there to assist, evaluate, support and instruct those difficult to teach skill areas. This service area is the key to strengthening and improving the overall effectiveness of your association. From a professional perspective most practices are all flow with little or no technical instruction, progressions or breakdowns and even less skill correction. Why? Many coaches simply don’t know what to look for and what to correct. This is where the development of coaches like the development of association players becomes obvious.
