Communication from RPM
Clients are often surprised to learn that RPM has at any given time hundreds of children participating in our programs. We average 300-800 players in our programs each week. Communication is an important aspect of our service and we work hard to keep clients informed and up to date.
Email Communication
RPM utilizes our email system to communicate with clients it is important that you provide us with an email that you use/check regularily (daily, evenings and weekends.) This is important when you create an account with us as your email will become the primary method for us to contact you.
Unsubscribing from our email system - In this day and age email is the most effective and preferred method to keep our clients apprised of services and our day to day operation. Those clients who register for our programs become part of our communication system via email.
Please note that should you choose to unsubscribe to our emails you will not receive any correspondence from RPM.
Check your Junk Mail/Spam Folder!
If you suspect or think you are missing communication from RPM please check your spam and junk folders as our information will sometimes be re-directed to these folders depending on your computer security settings.
